Carnage was an adopt I ended up keeping! I'm finally making use of him!


He's an extreme empath, that is to say, he can pick up on emotion/energy from anything. They're so distinct, he can tell who's emotion or energy he's detecting if he's experienced that person's energy before. This is automatic, like a sixth sense. It takes a lot of discipline for him to tone that down. Just as closing your eyes makes it so you can't see, holding your nose makes it so you can't taste... losing consciousness makes it so Carnage can't pick up on energy. So Carnage loves sleep. It's his only reprieve. 

There's one other thing about Carnage, the closer he becomes with people, the more their energy affects him and his other senses. If He's very close to you, He can be overpowered by your energy and experience visions, memories, physical senses.... It's even possible to experience your present life from a distance. For that reason, he's very careful not to get too attached to anyone. So, don't feel bad. He's like that with everyone. 

Carnage makes his money acting like a tarot card reader/psychic in a circus. He thinks this is ideal, since he's moving around a lot and no one can keep up with him. As for the people in the circus, they all have their own problems to deal with so they don't mind keeping their distance... Well except for one person.
